Drug and Alcohol Testing Schedule & Information
Drug and alcohol testing takes place Monday through Friday between 2 – 4 p.m. with check in being at the District Court window.
Random Testing
Individuals placed on random testing are assigned a color. The individual must call 775-273-2107 no earlier than 1 p.m. and listen to what colors are drawn for the day. If their color is called they must appear that day between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Fees & Procedures
There may be a fee assessed for drug testing. Individuals for testing should arrive and be prepared to provide a urine sample or a saliva swab. Individuals will be asked to empty pockets and may be subject to a pat-down search prior to their test. No eating, drinking, smoking, vaping, chewing gum, eating candy, or anything else should be done at least 10 minutes prior to testing. Bladders should be full and ready to provide a sample.
